Our family room is large and spacious and has plenty of seating for everyone. The three skylights and high ceilings also make the room lovely and bright. There are patio doors leading to the pool area and all bedrooms and bathrooms lead off from the family room making it the focal point of the home.
Our sumptuous living room suite has a reclining sofa, a large corner unit and two rocking and reclining armchairs.
For your entertainment there is a large 55" HDTV and upgraded cable package with plenty of channels to chose from.
There is also an extensive dvd collection of over 250 titles ranging from sitcoms, series, documentaries and a wide selection of movies for all ages, including many Disney classics. To enhance our DVD library we have also installed a surround cinema sound so you can sit back and enjoy the collection with that real movie sound.
Our Book Library contains a great selection and we have personally hand-picked titles and authors to try and cover all preferences - there's something for everyone.
The same goes for our music collection. There are thousands of titles to choose from ranging from easy listening through to country and almost everything in between! So put a disc into the player and chill-out or rock-on as the mood suites you!
The formal dining area is situated at the entrance of the family room and there is seating available here for 6. A further 6 can be seated at the dining table in the kitchen nook and there is a large dining table and BBQ in the lanai so you can dine by the pool. |
