There are several options for payment. You can either send a UK cheque to our UK bank, a US check to our US Bank, a wire transfer to either bank or pay by credit card on line via PayPal. Payments via PayPal are completely secure. If you wish to pay by cheque or transfer, let us know and we will give you complete details. if you wish to pay by credit card via PayPal, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Reserve Your dates
It's a very simple procedure to make a reservation for our home. You can either fill in the form above, email us with your dates or call us. Once we have confirmed your dates are available, we will put a hold on your chosen dates for a few days to give you time to arrange the deposit.
Deposit Amount
The deposit required is $300/£200/€250 and can be paid by check/cheque, cash deposit, bank or internet transfer or credit card.
Booking Contract
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will forward you a booking contract and confirmation which needs to be completed and returned to us.
Final Balance
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival and can be paid by any of the methods mentioned above. We will send you a reminder before the balance is due. If you wish to pay the balance by credit card there may be up to 4% charge for this so please check with us first.
Directions & Instructions
As soon as we have received the final balance, we will send you an information pack containing full driving directions to our home together with instructions and codes for the lock-box containing the keys. This is located at the house so there is no need for you to travel anywhere to collect the keys.
Security Deposit
The fully refundable security deposit is payable prior to your arrival. The easiest method for this is to pay by credit card direct from our website a couple of days before your arrival. This is then refunded directly back to your credit card upon your departure. Alternatively, it can be paid with the final balance and will be returned to you by check/cheque.
Welcome Basket
For all bookings we provide a welcome basket to save you worrying about shopping as soon as you arrive. This includes items such as coffee, sugar, milk, juice, soda, bread, butter, cookies and crisps/chips.
