Getting Married in Orlando ...

For our UK guests:
If you are thinking of getting married in Florida or renewing your vows, we can highly recommend a company that can assist in all your preparations from the legal paperwork required right through to the wedding reception.

Florida is a hugely popular place to get married due to it's year round weather and tropical settings. Your wedding co-ordinator can arrange everything such as the minister, flowers, limosine, cake, flowers, photography and videos right through to the service and reception.
A wide selection of venues have been handpicked but if you have anywhere in mind they will work with you. Fancy getting married in the Hard Rock Cafe? Or in a hot air baloon? They can arrange your wedding at the lovely Cypress Grove Plantation, aboard a luxury yacht or even in one of the Disney World Resorts - the choice is entirely yours.
Just complete the form below with a brief outline of your requirements and they will be straight in touch with you

Information For Non US Citizens:

Residency: You don't need to be a US resident to apply for a marriage licence and there is no requirement to be in Florida beforehand.
Age: You must be at least 18.
Prior Marriage: If either of you are divorced, you must take your decree absolute with you.
Application and Fee: Both of you must apply for the marriage licence personally at the Orlando County Courthouse. The current fee for a marriage licence is $93.50 Orange County and $103.50 Osceola County
Documentation required by the Courthouse: You both will need your passports, birth certificates, decree absolute if divorced, any relevant paperwork such as change of name. Failure to produce all the necessary paperwork can result in a delay to the wedding.
The Marriage Licence: The marriage licence is valid for 60 days from the day of issue and must be shown to the Notary or Minister prior to the ceremony. The Notary or Minister will then be responsible for posting the Marriage licence back to the courthouse to have it validated. This will become the official Marriage Certificate. This can take up to 6 weeks and will be posted directly back to your home address.
The Ceremony: Once you have the licence you can get married anywhere within the state of Florida and witnesses are not required.
