From the first moment of contact with you, the entire experience was an extremely pleasant one. I’m almost certain that if you could have personally controlled the weather for us, you would have done it. The home was exceptionally beautiful. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and the personal touches did not go unnoticed. Everything there was intended to ensure the comfort and pleasure of your guests and it was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, and the entertainment options were endless. I will be checking the dates of this conference and likely will be asking for reservations for next year. In the hospitality business, repeat and reference customers are the truest form of compliment. Thank you again for everything. It was truly appreciated and enjoyed by us all. Fantastic villa, sparkling and clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and great games room. Brilliant hosts all the way through. We did a months holiday in two weeks and loved every bit of it, right up to the last minute. Got to go home and have a rest. Florida was better than I imagined it but to come back each night was a treat as it is home from home. Dvd's, game room, tv and bed - great! The children especially liked the pool and the games room and also the Bob the Builder DVD even if it had been dubbed with an american accent. We thought it was very clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We used a couple of the restaurant recommendations and found them excellent too. Personally I though the free internet access was very good and useful (to keep up with the football scores from home) and also the free telephone calls were a nice touch too. Cant say much more except that we will definitely be coming back and I will bookmark your website to see if the villa is available at that time. There are so many comforts, the kids did not want to leave to go to the attractions. The game room, the hot tub, the big screen TV and the library of movies were appreciated. We were very impressed with the villa and all the little things like the free phone calls and computer and internet. it was a nice touch that these things are provided. We wanted to tell you what a beautiful home you have! It was so nice and comfortable for our families. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. We loved that everything was all on one level, as we have a toddler that is a magnet for stairs. The kids loved their rooms, especially the fish one. It inspired us to decorate a room similar in our own home. It was so relaxing staying at a house, rather than a hotel. We never did get a chance to grill since we got back from the parks late each day. Thanks for the short cuts to the parks - it really saved time, I believe.
