The Simmons families from NC had such a great time and your home enhanced our visit. You have truly thought of everything, from the GPS to the towels by the pool. We had 5 adults and 4 children and the house fit all our needs.
As you know, I was quite apprehensive about booking a vacation home on line. You were very patient regarding my concerns about paying for the home 'up front' since the only assurance that I had were the pictures on the web site (which were gorgeous), but as we all know, there are a lot of scams on the internet. You answered all my questions and addressed my concerns as best you could. I am so very happy that we reached a trust level and I chose to stay at "Serendipity". Your attention to detail (even having ponchos in the closet) and instructions (the sand road short cut to Disney) for us were unbelievable and greatly appreciated. Your home is beautiful. It was wonderful to come home to Serendipity after a long day in the park; relax in the pool or hot tub, fix our own dinner and be together in the great room to watch one of the DVDs from your large selection. We could not have had this togetherness in a hotel (even a suite). Thank you for a wonderful part of our vacation. Thank you for the hospitality.

The books with all the tips and hints were an excellent idea and were extremely useful in planning our stay. The pool and the hot-tub area was superb and the games room was great for evening
relaxation after the children had gone to bed in their themed rooms.
We hope to return to Orlando in 2012, and would have no hesitation in contacting you regarding renting your villa again.

The customer service you provide is excellent and I really appreciated your help arranging a wheelchair when my mother hurt her leg. The company you provided were very good and saved us a lot of money.
My nephew has also asked me to thank you for the Easter egg hunt you arranged for him. He really enjoyed it and he was finding the eggs all through the holiday.
You asked about improvements and I can honestly say I couldn't think of anything. The attention to detail you have in the villa is marvelous and I can’t think of anything to make it better!

Ken & Sarah, I can't thank you enough for making our first family vacation "away" from home a huge success!!! From my initial email to you and any correspondence there after, communication was always prompt and very informative. Thank you for all the extra little tidbits to help us make the best choices. My family of 5 absolutely loved the home. It had everything we could have wanted it to. The games room, even though it had a Playstation in it, for our stay never actually got turned on.....we were challenging one and another in games of skill, whether it be pool or air hockey, sometimes foosball.
The close proximity to all the amenities was a huge plus. With a lot of our time being spent at the parks, your short-cut to Disney was greatly appreciated.
The patio with the hot tub and pool, I can honestly say got the most use. The kids were in every morning before we started out for the day and again in the evening for a swim before bed., and I
appreciated the hot tub in the evenings after our days spent at the parks. It was very relaxing!
You should take pride in the service you offer your clients, it is first rate. Your management company does an excellent job, the house upon arrival was immaculate. Thank you for making your home so
welcoming, and the kids LOVED the DVD collection you have. The welcome pack is a great idea, and the kids gobbled up the goodies in no time after the flight down. Any friends that are planning a
trip to Orlando, who are looking for a rental property, I will surely recommend your home. Thank you for helping to make our vacation very memorable for many years to come.

My wife and I would like to thank-you from the bottom of our hearts. They say that Disney makes your dreams come true and they have for my wife and me.  Your home that we stayed in made that possible. I can’t describe in words how we made the right decision in having both our kids, their spouses and my precious grand-children under one roof with us.  Your home is a dream place and all of us felt at  home right away. My son and daughter  were amazed at the place and how lucky they were able to stay there. My 3 year old grandson loved the swimming  pool and the books that were there, and  we read to him nightly. He said he also liked his Nemo room and many times he would watch his movies before bed. He actually cried that he didn’t want to leave, and still asks grandpa and grandma if we were  going back to the Florida house.  It seemed  no matter what we needed it was right there at our finger tips. From the first e-mail to book your home, to the phone call from Ken to welcome us there. You are amazing people and hope you best in  health and happiness in the future. I will definitely recommend to any of my friends and family, what a gorgeous castle we stayed at. What a fantastic time we all had.... and we all loved Serendipity Villa!
The house was totally fantastic and had everything we needed and some! The Games Room is great, the Pool got a lot of use (the girls were banging on the bedroom doors at 7 am every morning begging us to take the cover off so they could get swimming!). The girls loved the Nemo and Shrek rooms, they had so much fun watching movies and they kept alternating between the rooms each night! In fact when we were looking around at the thousands of house rentals available on all the various web-sites before we booked, it was mainly your great looking theme bedrooms for the kids that sold us! Fair to say that along with the great looking pool, huge comfortable looking living room and Master bedrooms also helped! The bonus was the close proximity of Serendipty Villa to all the Disney Parks and your very helpful short-cut to the parks helped so much.
Our three favourite restaurants had to be Carrabba's, OutBack, Giodano's (that was some pizza pie!!!), your recommendations again were bang on!!
Thanks again for all your advice, suggestions and kindness (especially when the airline was messing us about). We will highly recommend your Villa to everyone we know in Canada!

I'm particularly pleased for picking your home out of the hundreds that are available on the many web sites and believe me I did a lot of research before deciding to book your home. What drew me to your place was the detail you and the many very positive comments relating to the quality of your accommodation and also the assistance you provided. Your home was excellent in all respects and lived up to all of the accolades from previous people who had enjoyed your home, very spacious, well fitted out and maintained and most importantly it was a home from home and we all enjoyed staying there.
The short cut to Disney was spot on, and we used this route regularly during the 1500 miles we travelled around the area. Your attention to detail was very much appreciated and it helped to make this holiday for us all a special one to remember.
We all commented on how friendly and welcoming the people were and how safe we felt during our stay. The attraction parks were superb as were the many shopping malls we visited. The fireworks were brilliant and we went back several times to enjoy them at Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
At all times your communication with us via e-mail and telephone was excellent and it helped significantly to make this holiday problem free in all respects.
The plan is to return to Orlando in the not too distant future and I will have no hesitation in booking Serendipity Villa as our holiday home once again.

Just a quick note to thank you for the use of your spot again this year. I think it is our 4th time there now. It is amazing how comforting it is to have so much space when coming home from the parks. The kids really enjoy the pool after such a long day walking and we enjoy it as well. I just can't imagine having to go back to a hotel room with nothing to do.
The evenings are especially nice as well. The kids have their own bedrooms and the adults can still hang out by the pool or hot tub or even watch a movie without worrying about waking them up.
As you know our flight was delayed on this trip and we only got in around 2:00am. Having the essentials like bread, milk and COFFEE was a real pleasant treat. Thank you for that.
You have now spoiled us and in my opinion it is the only way to do Orlando.
Hope to make it again next year.

Ken & Sarah, We had a wonderful vacation. Our children were thrilled with our choice. They saw the web site but seeing it was even more then they imagined. We spent five days at the parks and the pool was so nice after all the walking. Our granddaughter was in it for hours at a time. Let me just say your villa is the absolute top of the line. There are so many comforts, the kids did not want to leave to go to the attractions. The game room, the hot tub, the big screen TV and the library of movies were appreciated. Between my family and our friends, we have rented a number of villa's, yours was by far the best. I just want to thank you for being so accommodating and friendly. We were very impressed with the villa and all the little things like the free phone calls and computer and internet. it was a nice touch that these things are provided. Of all the thousands of villa's in the area, finding a good one on the internet is a task in itself, I feel very lucky to have found yours. We are already talking about coming back next year, if we do, we will definitely book your villa again, and recommend it to anyone coming to Orlando.

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed your home. My little granddaughter said it best when we got there, "It looks just like the pictures". Everyone had plenty of privacy and yet plenty of room to be together. We appreciated the stroller, crib, and high chair for the baby. Thanks so much. We wanted to tell you what a beautiful home you have! It was so nice and comfortable for our families. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. We loved that everything was all on one level, as we have a toddler that is a magnet for stairs. The kids loved their rooms, especially the fish one. It inspired us to decorate a room similar in our own home. It was so relaxing staying at a house, rather than a hotel. We never did get a chance to grill since we got back from the parks late each day. Thanks for the short cuts to the parks - it really saved time, I believe. We will definitely keep your info to stay again one day. We plan to return either next year or definitely the year after that.

Your villa was absolutely superb. It was so well equipped and well maintained and had everything we could have hoped for. We appreciated this even more when we visited other villas that our family members had rented while over for the wedding.... they were nowhere near the quality of yours, especially the pool area. Thanks also for letting us stay at the villa past the 10am check out time on the last day... it really saved us a lot of hassle. Thanks again for making all the arrangements so easy and also for the little tips and bits of info that were around the house (the shortcut to Disney was particularly helpful). The villa really is a delight and we won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is coming out to Orlando.

I am really sorry I didn't meet you both as I would like to thank you in person for everything you did to make our holiday really special. We have all been on villa holidays before and everyone agreed that this was the best one.  I walked into your home at nine o' clock on Christmas eve and felt so welcomed when I saw the decorations and the tree it made up for the horrible day Nicole and I had on Friday. Your villa is fabulous and I hope you don't mind but we have already given your website to a number of people.
