Our private swimming pool has the added advantage of being south facing which gives you the glorious Florida sunshine all day long.
We have completely surrounded the pool and sun deck with a high fence to give you total privacy and the whole area is protected by a large screen to let the sunshine in and keep the bugs out.
After a hard day at the parks, there's nothing can beat relaxing in our hot tub to revitalize those tired and aching feet.
The fence that surrounds the pool area has a great beach theme and has beautiful lighting for those relaxing evenings by the pool.
There is plenty of luxury, fully padded, pool furniture including 4 chaise loungers, 4 reclining sun beds, 4 foot stools and 6 chairs.
The Lanai area also has a large dining table for lovely evenings spent relaxing out by the pool and our top of the range, larger style gas BBQ is a great way to feed the whole family.
There is a container by the pool that contains plenty of pool towels and you are welcome to take these to the beach should you chose to have a beach day - this saves you the hassle of having to pack bulky towels in your suitcase.
There is a shallow end of the pool which is just 3 feet deep and has wide, built in steps to make getting in and out of the pool easy. The deeper end of the pool is 5 feet.
Our management company take great care with hygiene and the pool is cleaned and checked every week . |
